  • How do I book a party with Fleur de Littles Party Rental?

    Booking a party with us is easy! Please contact our team through the provided channels (email or online inquiry form), and we will guide you through the process. Which will include discussing available dates, package options and your requirements as a lessee. 

  • What types of customizations do you offer for parties?

    We offer vinyl decal customizations for ball pits and balloon garlands for our bounce houses.

  • What is included in your soft play party packages?

    Our soft play packages include: a rainbow bridge, banana rocker, rocking horse, slide, 4 ft x 4 ft ball pit with balls, mats, fences, 6 blocks, and 2 bouncy animals.

  • How far in advance should I book my party?

    We recommend booking your party as early as possible to secure your desired date and to ensure you have ample time for party planning. Popular dates tend to book quickly, so contact us at least a few months in advance.

  • What safety measures do you have in place?

    Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities! We adhere to strict cleaning guidelines and have specific safety protocols in place for all our equipment. Our team cleans, inspects, and maintains our rental equipment before and after each rental.

  • What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of the party?

    In the case of inclement weather, we will work with you to find suitable alternatives, such as rescheduling the party or making necessary adjustments to the venue. We strive to ensure that your child's celebration goes smoothly, regardless of unforeseen circumstances. We would like to encourage parents to have an indoor backup location when party planning if at all possible. 

  • How do I secure my preferred date and party package?

    We require a 25% non-refundable retainer fee and signed contracts when booking to secure your preferred date and party package. The retainer amount will be communicated to you during the booking process.

  • When is the remaining balance due?

    The remaining balance is due 2 days before the party, as specified in your rental agreement.

  • What happens if I need to cancel my party?

    Please let us know if you need to cancel your party immediately. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email. The initial retainer fee is non-refundable, as it covers administrative and planning costs associated with your booking. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the party date will receive a refund of any additional payments made beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the party date will not be eligible for a refund of any other charges made beyond the warranty. Cancellations due to high winds (19 mph and above) will receive a full refund.

  • Can I reschedule my party?

    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that may require you to reschedule your party. Therefore, we will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests if it's available. Please request rescheduling in writing as soon as possible. The retainer and any additional payments will be applied to the rescheduled party if a new date is agreed upon.

  • Do you know if I can make changes to my party package?

    If you wish to change your party package (e.g., customizations or add-ons), please notify us at least two weeks before the party date. We will do our best to accommodate your requests if available. Changes made within two weeks of the party date may incur additional charges or may not be feasible due to prior arrangements.

  • What if Fleur de Littles needs to cancel or reschedule my party?

    Fleur de Littles reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a party in exceptional circumstances, such as severe weather or unforeseen equipment issues. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative and/or give you a refund or credit for any payments made.
